Fabrication and Assembly
Our team of qualified and experienced boilermakers, welders and fabricators deliver high end metal fabricated items for a wide range of key industrial equipment and project engineering companies servicing the water, wastewater, mining, infrastructure, food, and environmental industries.
We are equally adept at one-off bespoke projects or supplying your routine stock items. Our outputs have including oil separators, silencers, industrial fans up to 2 metres in diameter, tanks and hoppers in materials ranging from high nickel alloys, SAF, stainless and carbon steels.
We offer our 35 years’ worth of experience to work closely with your engineers and design team from the earliest stages to ensure the most workable and cost-effective outcome.
Our site has outside capacity for up to 6 x 40’ containers where we have outfitted complete portable processing plants including Factory Acceptance Testing.
Our workshop has 3 x 5 Tonne capacity overhead cranes with dedicate assembly and test areas. Within the factory we have fabricated, and site assembled silos up to 110m3 in capacity and stair and platform assemblies up to 20m in length and 4m in diameter. We can fabricate your hoppers, tanks, platforms, pump skids and pipework and trial assemble them complete with your proprietary equipment prior to delivery to site and installation.

Installation
When it comes time to install you project, our experienced team can arrange delivery, site services, including crane hire, and bring all our workshop skills to site to erect, install and assemble the fabricated items plus your own proprietary equipment.
We can work with your site teams to provide pre-fabricated foundation bold assemblies prior to the pouring of any concrete slabs to ensure a fast and trouble free installation. Our belief is that getting it right beforehand is the key to keeping your project on schedule.
As a Tier 1 contractor to Sydney Water our team are experienced at site planning, documentation and supervision as well as having the pre-requisite permits including; Working at Heights, EWP and Confined Space.
Site Repairs and Maintenance
Our skilled team are available to provide repairs, modifications and maintenance for your equipment post installation.
This may include welding services, relocations or changes to pipework, tanks, skids or hoppers. If it can’t be brought to us we can bring our workshop to your site. Our aim is to ensure our presence at site enhances your reputation for service and support.
